So in episode one, we talked about self-care overwhelmed and how trying to figure out a way to piece together all the things, the yoga, the exercise, the mindset, work, the breathwork all of the things that you want to do to be vibrantly, holistically healthy and therefore sustainably successful because you are the driving force in your business and your energy is everything.

It can be a bit of a challenge sometimes, right? And that self-care overwhelm is can feel a bit daunting. And when we're in that frantic and frazzled, kind of on the verge of a freak out vibe as the worn out woman, it can feel like a damn lot to try to figure it all out. And I shared that I have discovered that the most powerful way for us to shift that and get out of self care, overwhelm and take control of your life and health is by amplifying your morning routine because you've got a morning routine already.

The question is how meaningful is it? How intentional is it? How much is it helping you to align to your vision and embody the version of you that lives in that reality already that is pulling you forward by the golden thread of your vision or the vibe of your vision. That's the question, right? A lot of people, especially when you're in that mode of the worn out women, grab their phone, get on social, start scrolling.

Get an email and then go right to work or, you know, get up, maybe have a little wine or maybe have a little coffee and then just go right to work, sitting and sitting and sitting some more. And as you do that, you get out of your chair and you got to grunt and groan and wonder when you turned 100.

Maybe you tried to do a new app and you get bored of it. It just really doesn't stick. It's a real thing, right? And so what does it mean to amplify your morning routine? Well, really, what it comes down to is charging it with intention and making it more than just exercise. And as a personal trainer who is a huge advocate for exercise for so many reasons, for mental health, physical health, emotional health.

Exercise is really potent, but I'm all about going a little deeper. I'm all about giving you a little more because why not? Why not? If you're already going to be doing it because you know your body is your vehicle for experiencing life. And in order to get to the finish line of your goals, you need your body. You need your mind, you need your spirit.

Right? It's like the ultimate triathlon. And let's be real. Entrepreneurship is like the Tough Mudder of Life, The challenging fast track to personal development that we didn't know we were signing up for when we created that LLC. The truth is, is that when you can add another layer to what you're already doing, it takes it to a much deeper level of impact and it allows it to really land.

And when it activates you in your body, it makes a change on the level of your nervous system, because that's the connection, the mind body connection that you've probably heard a little bit about a lot. The mind body connection is through the mechanism of the nervous system, particularly your vagus nerve, which is the superhighway of information throughout your entire body.

So how you can truly take it out of that busy whirlwind of chaotic thought that tends to happen, especially if you're busy brain creative, and if you're like me, if you're neurodivergent, and if you're also like me, you have mental wellness challenges. It can be a lot like a troupe of caffeinated monkeys up there in my head half the time.

I don't know about you, but Tim, take it out of your head and into your body. And by it I mean your attention is a game changer, right? We talked in our last episode about that being the original A.I., bringing your attention to your intention, because then it makes it so much more impactful, so much more meaningful, so much more enriching, so much more empowering, so much more activating and therefore, so much more amplifying.

Because here's the thing. Here's what I wanted to teach you today is that there's a tool from the yoga practice that is now being studied in neuroscience and cognitive behavioral therapy. And a deeper understanding of behavioral psychology is that you are the creator of your thoughts and you can begin to choose your thoughts intentionally. And when you have a clear vision for your life and your goals and your future, you can begin to use your mind to activate it now, because your mind will begin to look for evidence of that once it has a clear picture of what it's like.

And so we talked about, you know, some of the entrepreneurial great some names that you might know, like Oprah is a huge fan of envisioning and vision boards because of the incredible efficacy of it. So what I'm talking about is going deep into your vision and inside my Rise and Vibe movement, which is my collective, my community of entrepreneurs who care so much about how they feel that they make time for themself every day with their amplified morning routine.

We go deep into your vision. We go deep into the vibe of your vision because you are an energetic being. And really for the most part, what we are after is a feeling. And when you dive into your vision and you understand what the version of you that lives in that vision, that lives within you already, that is calling you forward, that is helping you to grow and evolve and expand, what that vision of you, that version of you choose me, how they show up, how they walk, how they talk, how they move, how do they spend the majority of the hours of their day feeling.

That's what we want to begin to weave into our lives now in order to amplify our mornings, in order to charge your movement practice with so much deeper intentionality. So I call that the vibe of your vision. I call that the frequency of your future, which is the golden threat, right? You've probably heard that quote from Albert Einstein, although there is some debate on who actually said it, but he's been given the most credit for that.

Everything is energy and that's all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you desire. It cannot help but be yours. This is not philosophy. This is physics. He's talking about the law of vibration. He's talking about the embodiment principle of acting as if living into that future. Now, being an energetic match for everything that you desire.

So think about it for a minute. And when you think about your vision, how does it make you feel? Is it that feeling of freedom and lightness and joyfulness? Or maybe the version of you that's in your vision? If you picture them, how is their energy? What is their energy portray? Right? Is it a level of groundedness and knowing or confidence?

Because that's what we want to use in your morning routines to truly amplify them. Because what you're doing there is you are activating the vibe of your vision by intentionally choosing the way that you want to show up that day rather than leaving it up to chance. It's by design because you know the vibe of your vision. Once you get in there and explore it a little bit and what you'll get to do is use that feeling or on a particular day, right?

In every one of our rise in Vibe sessions, we we think about what we have a head for that day and we ask the wisdom of our soul what would be the most supportive, quality or way of being for you to activate so that you show up that way? And we use the rise in Vibe practice to fully embody that and energize that and express that.

So we do that in every session. So you can do that every day or you can just kind of start and play with me. Now, if you think about if you could choose one way of being that you see in your vision that you see in that future version of yourself. Pick one quality and we want to have it be an uplifting one and everything has a frequency to it.

And so we want to pick one that feels like it's inspirational and light and playful and fun. And so what you're going to do there is create your intention for the session for your morning routine. Right? And so we talked about that, your attention. We place your attention on that intention. So in the yoga practice, this intention is called the sun culpa.

Sun couple means vow to the truth, and it means that you already have that within you. But it's a matter of cultivate it. It's a matter of energizing it and embodying it and then expressing it in your life. And so in Rise in Vibe, we call this your power statement and then your morning routine. I want you to have a power statement so you're not just arbitrarily doing your squats or your exercises or whatever it is.

You're charging it with that deeper layer of that elevated emotional state. And this is where we combine that clear intention with the feeling of it in your body so that you give it. That felt sense. You give it a full expression in the movements, right? So it's not just you're doing an exercise workout, you're not whatever it is, you're doing it right.

And we'll talk more about that In Session three, how you can create this for yourself. But we are going to take what you're doing and make it even richer by charging it with the intent of your power statement. So it's super easy to do. Once you know how you want to feel or how you want to show up on that particular day, to be in the vibe of your vision, you declare it to yourself.

Here's the clear intention I am, which are two of the most powerful words in the English language, because it's said that what follows then becomes your destiny. You say, I am, and then you fill in the blank. I am powerful, I am confident, I am open hearted. I am ready for this. I am going after whatever we want to pick something that feels like, Oh, well, that feels good.

We want to pick something that gives you that feeling and as you say it to yourself, that's the clear intention. That's the mind. You feel it in your body right? You can either think about a time when you felt that way. If you need some sort of, you know, a little refresher on the feeling right away, or you can just activate it so you hear it in your mind as you state the statement, You embody it by experiencing that elevated emotional state.

And you do that over and over. Because what you practice, you become. So throughout the practice, you choose one power statement right in your morning routine. Each day, just choose one. And this is where you're adding in that level and layer of affirmations or positive thinking. But you must include the body because of the vagus nerve, because of the mind body connection, because of that felt sense of experiencing it now.

Okay, So that's where you take that that power statement and you move it into your body and you feel it on the deepest level and layer of your beings so that you can really charge whatever you're doing for your morning routine with that extra layer of impact. And you make it an embodiment practice. So you are anchored in the vibe of the vision so you can show up that day for yourself first, but then in your work, in your life, in your relationships as the most purposeful, powerhouse CEO version of yourself.
